Notes:Poetry, yesterday, helping my niece in the interpretation of one of Luís Camões sonnets, Fei Long fill my head, that image of him in bed, in the latest chapter, NT6, when he's thinking about Asami…and this is the result. English is not my first language. Like all my work this is a short piece in more of a poetry style

LUÍS DE CAMÕES

MY ERRORS MY LOVES MY UNLUCKY STAR

My errors my loves my unlucky star
these three things have been my curse.
My luck and my errors were bad enough
but love was the worst.

I have survived. But the pain
has bitten so deep in the bone
the rage and grief will not let go -
too hurt to want contentment now.

The blunders scattered through my life
are like a broken rosary.
I gave myself to fortune; fortune broke me.

Of love there is hardly a ghost left.
O who what angel of power can assuage
my terrible demon of revenge!



WHY..

Why..
This Pain..
This Endless Sorrow.
From all the things,
I have lost …..in life..
Why …
Did my heart…deceive me..
That time…
That lost memory..
..It persists…in haunting me
Why ..
Did I believe…in my heart..
In Him…
My will …was broken…
Once again…
I have cried….
Why..
Can't I ..satiate this thirst..
I want to make you …suffer…
Pay…for all these years…of darkness..
and loneliness
and take …all that is most precious..
To you…
And make it mine…
Still…
My Heart doesn't …feel satisfaction…
Nothing…can fill this emptiness..
Why…
